| Ardsley Commons, which upon completion will include 36 units of affordable seniors housing in the town of Locust, NC, has obtained a $3.7M construction loan to get things rolling. (There's an unpleasant 19th-century back story to the town's name, probably.) Boston Capital Finance closed the 24-month loan into the Boston Capital Intermediate Term Income Fund, a fixed-rate, construction financing fund. BCF VP Bill Fazzano tells us that the town, which is about 25 miles east of Charlotte, has the necessary strong demographics to support the development. |
