We know it's a chain, but we had the opportunity to visit Chima Brazilian Steakhouse in Uptown while the State of the Market was in town. Whoo, boy. You start with a ?salad bar?— which is like calling the  Pacific Ocean a swimming pool. Then gauchos  with skewers of barbecued meat   swing by your table carving off pieces of incredibly succulent  beef, pork, chicken, spicy sausages, and lamb (you could really taste the mint). A remarkable place with a very considerate wait staff. About $30 per person. All you can eat.Aproveita!
