Bisnow was unable to reach the movie producer who's floating the idea, but we did talk to a Charlotte-area retail specialist familiar with the property but not involved with plans for it. ?Retail still makes sense there in some sort of scaled-down version, with the right retailers,? he told us. ?But the ownership needs to be sorted out.
