| Crosland Southeast has kicked off a much-anticipated, $6M redevelopment of Quail Corners, a 113k SF neighborhood retail center in south Charlotte. The improvements are intended to ease pedestrian and vehicular circulation within the Harris Teeter-anchored center, Crosland's Peter Pappas tells us. Other building and structural renovations also are planned, he adds, including anexpansion of the Harris Teeter vestibule and a refacing of all the storefront exteriors. The project should be completed by fall '12. |
