| The new space will house CTL?s North American operations and is expected to create 131 jobs over the next four years, Red Rock CEO Bill Smith tells us. CTL Packaging USA is a global manufacturer of plastic packaging products for the cosmetics, personal care, food, and pharmaceutical industries. Construction will start before year's end.
