$20M PROJECT GOES LAKESIDE

Mountain Island Apartments? Shane Seagle is teaming up with Greensboro-based Brown Investment Properties to build a $20M, 240-unit multifamily project at NC Hwy 16 and Mount Holly-Huntersville Road called Mountain Island Apartments. The units will average about 1,100 SF and rent for about $870 per month, Shane tells us. The project, expected to launch soon, is near the I-485 outerbelt and will include a community clubhouse, swimming pool and cabana, boat storage, and walking trails.
