If we appear to have caught Legacy Real Estate Advisors? David Tschirhart a bit off guard, it's only because so many people are vying for his attention. Along with Adam Williams, he reps Taco Mac on the local scene, and the Atlanta-based monster sports bar is set in June to open the second of three Charlotte restaurants; the latest will be in University City. The typical Taco Mac averages about 7,500 SF and offers more than 150 beers on tap and more than 200 varieties in bottles. David says he can't think of many other restaurant chains that have opened three stores in one market in less than 12 months. Another Taco Mac is due to open in July near Birkdale Village. The first opened in SouthPark last fall. That one features a 105-inch TV (which seems less a luxury and more a necessity after 200 beers).
