Under Armour and FX Studios will open a gym and retail store by the end of the year at 10 Light St. The 42k SF Under Armour Performance Center (the company's third) will also house a salon, spa and sauna, the Baltimore Sun reports. Metropolitan Partnership, which owns the iconic Art Deco building, is converting the rest of the property into 400 luxury apartments. [Sun]
