The Baltimore region's largest mall is planning a major transformation with major brand-name retailers debuting this month and a new food pavilion opening in the fall.

Under Armour Factory House will open next month, while the Polo Ralph Lauren Factory opens Friday. Kate Spade recently opened. The Under Armour store will total 8,544 SF while the largest of the three, the Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store, will take up nearly 12K SF. The Anne Arundel County mall will introduce 12 new eateries, including Maryland’s first Zinburger Wine & Burger Bar.

The burger concept will serve cocktails and two dozen varieties of wines and craft beers. The redesigned food pavilion will feature contemporary new flooring, lighting and color palette, and elevated tables with charging stations.
