| Yesterday C&W announced it's been named leasing and management agent for General Growth Properties' 1.5M SF office portfolio in Maryland. Hayes Merkert, Danielle Schline, and Karen Cherry will handle Columbia Corporate Center, and Tim Jackson and Kyle Durkee are taking on Harborplace Tower and Owings Mills Corporate Center. They'll be lead by the C&W NY office's Jonathan Serko (above, with colleague Suzy Reingold) and Barry Zeller. |
