Kurt tells us everyone in the hotel biz is busy expanding their portfolios, as an upswing in value creation is starting. NOI seems to be going up, though healthcare and labor costs are casting a shadow. He adds that the Niners fans they've been betting with out there have no clue what Ray Lewis and the gang have in store for them.
