THIS MORNING'S BALTIMORE REAL ESTATE SUMMIT

A healthy 475 joined us this morning at Bisnow's 2nd Annual Baltimore Real Estate Summit. How many of you came just for the merry-go-round ride in the parking garage?
The talk was all multifamily and young 'uns, where they live (either parents' basements, Downtown, or in another city), how to get more of them to live Downtown, and how to create jobs for them. We hope you feel loved, 20-somethings. Oh and the hot topic on everyone's minds: the Grand Prix. Economic Alliance of Greater Baltimore prez J. Thomas Sadowski says he's hearing from plenty of corporations that want to participate. Downtown Alliance of Baltimore prez Kirby Fowler says the event is on the schedule and moving forward for now, if not publicly confirmed.
