| TBF holds tournaments and offers programs for young players. In the last MLB draft, 10 players who trained there were selected in the first round, and it's been partnering with Under Armour since 1994. NAI KLNB's Brad Berzins repped it in the deal and says staying in Columbia was important to the executive committee, as was proximity to Baltimore and DC. It's leaving 9176 Red Branch Rd for the 100k SF building in Q3, and the space will serve 42 full-time workers and 1,100 part-time employees. (Just remember to sit back on that curve, fellas.) |
