The full floor in the 75k SF, Class-A 6200 Guardian Gateway will house 100 employees. CBRE's Michael Sullivan andAngela Stanton repped the tenant, and St. John's Matt Holbrooksat across the table. The BAE office will support the Department of Defense's 2.5M SF command, control, computer, communication, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance campus that opened last month. Translation: developing supercool tech for the Navy.
