| A 16-screen Cinemark Theatre will be the anchor tenant for Cordish and Heritage Properties' Towson Circle III (shopping centers are creating trilogies, just like in the movies). It's also the first tenant signed for the $85M extension of Towson Circle and will open on Pennsylvania Avenue between Delaware and Virginia avenues in fall 2014. |
