At the ULI Fall Meeting’s Northeast Corridor party, we snapped BCT’s Bryce Turner, Goulston & Storrs’ Ned Abelson out of Boston, and Griffin Land’s Tim Lescalleet out of Hartford. Bryce tells us that in addition to 10 Light St’s conversion to apartments, his firm just showed Lt. Gov. Anthony Brown initial plans for a one-mile-stretch master plan for the Easton (Md.) Economic Development Corp. It’s an interesting exercise in urban planning for a small town, Bryce says, including co-working, co-living, and business incubation, and Anthony, who in two weeks may be Gov. Brown, liked what he saw. Tim’s spec and build-to-suit development company, active in Connecticut and Pennsylvania, hopes to enter the B-W Corridor soon.

We also snapped Commercial Settlement Services’ Terry Anne Hearn and Bozzuto Group president Toby Bozzuto. Toby was in New Orleans on Monday speaking at a healthy living conference (the unique quality of Bozzuto, Solstice Partners, and War Horse’s 900 E Fort apartment project), flew to NYC for the ULI conference on Tuesday, was running on four hours of sleep when we caught up with him last night, and spoke at ULI today.

And at the JLL party in NYC’s uber-trendy Meatpacking District, we snapped JLL’s Chris Espenshade flanked by Deutsche Bank Asset and Wealth Management’s Janice Lee and David Weiner. Chris tells us she has $200M of Baltimore multifamily deals in contract or on the market.
