HAMILTON'S NEW HQ

Hamilton Federal Bank's HQ is moving to 501 Fairmount Ave in Towson after 96 years in Baltimore City's Hamilton neighborhood. Colliers' Mac McCulloch (who repped the bank with Tim Hearn) is technically on vacation this week, but he was kind enough to stop in for our picture above. The bank's moving to accommodate a 30% growth in staff over the past two years, and Mac says it'll occupy 17k SF of Morgan Stanley's old space in the building. Twenty-three of Hamilton Federal's 50-plus workers will work in the office.
