Check Out the Games Lawn at Encino Trace

Brandywine Realty Trust hosted Bisnow’s Austin Future of Office event in Encino Trace. Leasing agents Blair Hunter and Bo Beacham told the crowd that Building One is fully leased, but Building Two has 135k SF available. It’s highly amenitized—we could see volleyball and basketball courts and an outdoor pavilion from our event space, and Building Two has a 4k SF fitness facility.
