CompStak Exchange is a no-cost lease comp database where commercial real estate brokers, appraisers and researchers trade hard-to-get deal details. The company started three years ago when NYC broker Michael Mandel and software engineer Vadim Belobrovka launched the Manhattan database. Now, with a team of 40-plus (pictured above) and covering 17 cities, including Dallas, Houston and San Antonio, CompStak Exchange is launching its Austin database and invites the CRE community to celebrate.
