CompStak Exchange is a no-cost lease comp database where commercial real estate brokers, appraisers and researchers trade hard-to-get deal details. The company started three years ago when NYC broker Michael Mandel and software engineer Vadim Belobrovka launched the Manhattan database. Now, with a team of 40-plus (pictured above) and covering 17 cities, including Dallas, Houston and San Antonio, CompStak Exchange is launching its Austin database and invites the CRE community to celebrate. Join them for beer, sausage and pretzels on Oct. 28 at Banger's.
