Jll Austin Market Leader Todd Wallace, Executive Vice President Will Douglas And Tenant Representation Lead Russell Young
Will Douglas, fresh off the 300K SF Parsley Energy lease in the new 300 Congress high-rise tower, has moved from CBRE to JLL to serve as executive vice president of tenant representation.
Douglas joins Russell Young, who shifted to lead Austin's tenant representation team last August. Douglas was at or near the top of Austin Business Journal's Heavy Hitter list for top broker in 2014, 2015 and 2016.
At CBRE, Douglas was tied to leases such as the relocation of Sizmek and Parsley Energy, plus leases for Waller and OWC. During his 15 years in commercial real estate, he has closed 500 transactions.
