JLL Acquires Travis Commercial And Grows Its Central Texas Operations

JLL acquired Travis Commercial and added 1.8M SF of property management and 3M SF of leasing to its portfolio, as well as all 40 Travis Commercial employees.

When the deal closes, JLL will be one of the largest property management firms in the city, according to the San Antonio Business Journal.

JLL has been on a huge M&A spree in recent years across the country; CEO Greg O'Brien talked to us about the strategy.

Travis Commercial principals Mark Krenger, Chuck King and Jeff Miller will be managing directors at JLL. Mark and Chuck will oversee agency leasing, and Jeff will lead tenant representation.
