Happy Father's Day, Dads!

 

Hunter Mills has joined the family business, not only following the career path of his dad, Todd Mills, but joining him at CBRE.

Hunter shared some of the things he’s learned from his dad:

Best advice: Treat everyone respectfully, always be honest, and always do what is best for our clients.

Work ethic: The way we operate on our team almost feels like a family business. We have an excellent group of individuals who are highly motivated and in whom we have a great deal of pride. Our team members are the best of the best.

Deals: There’s not a single deal of which they are most proud, but YTD, the duo and their team have sold seven assets totaling more than 1M SF and $377M. Included in these are the 119k SF Lavaca Plaza, 274k SF Cityview portfolio and 241k SF Littlefield & Scarbrough, 64k SF Physician’s Plaza II and 172k SF San Pedro Plaza. There are also another 10 building sales pending or on the market for 1.5M SF.
