Greystar Prepping To Break Ground On La Arcata Project

Greystar is under contract on a 4.3-acre site in Stone Oak at the La Arcata mixed-use complex.

Greystar plans to start construction on its 143-unit community in February and wrap up in early 2018, according to the San Antonio Business Journal.

The new development will be called Overture at Stone Oak, and has a price tag of about $22.5M. La Arcata has a distinctive Tuscan design and offers nearly 190k SF of upscale shopping, fine dining and retail space.  [SABJ]
