New Rendering And New Manager For Fareground

Austin-based ELM Restaurant Group will serve as operator of dining concepts for the first upscale food hall/urban market in Austin—Parkway's Fareground at One Eleven Congress.

ELM will manage the co-op of six restaurants featured within the marketplace and will also oversee the grab-and-go street-level dining concept on the corner of Congress Avenue and 2nd Street.

ELM already has several concepts in Austin: Easy Tiger Bake Shop & Beer Garden, Arro, Italic and 24 Diner. Its team is led by top chef Andrew Curren.

The interior and dining space will be designed by Michael Hsu Office of Architecture, and the exterior landscape and surrounding urban plaza will be designed by dwg.
