Third & Urban, Trillium Reveal New Beltline Retail Spot With Brewery

Third & Urban, in a JV with Trillium, is bringing a new brewery restaurant to the Beltline.

The developers announced plans for an 85k SF redevelopment at 820 Ralph McGill Blvd, the former Western Electric Building that is currently home to Two Urban Licks. Mitch Steele, the former brewmaster for Stone Brewing, and his partners have inked a 20k SF deal for a craft brewery and restaurant at the new project.

The Diligence Co also plans a 7k SF Latin-inspired brasserie. The project features 600 linear feet of frontage on the Beltline and lies directly across from historic Fourth Ward Park.
