The transformation of the former Hall's Atlanta Wholesale Florist space has taken another turn with a second restaurant. The former industrial space at 740 Ralph McGill is being renovated by Javelin Capital into a new dining venue, already with Venkman's restaurant planned at the space, according to What's Now Atlanta. But an application permit filed by Javelin with the City of Atlanta seeks to develop Greenhouse Restaurant atop an existing concrete slab at the site. Javelin's Chris Conner said he planned a second eatery at the redevelopment, a 2,800 SF café. What Greenhouse will serve was unclear as of press time, and Chris had not returned calls seeking comment. [WNA]
