Pete Shelton Captures Second Big Alpharetta Win

Colliers International's Pete Shelton is having a pretty good 2016 in Alpharetta. The broker just helped renew and expand Amdocs into 37k SF at 600 Northwinds, the 148k SF office building in the 258-acre Northwinds Office Park in Alpharetta. This deal comes on the heels of Pete, along with Colliers' Drew Levine, securing a 43k SF lease for Microsoft at 8000 Avalon. Lincoln Property's Michael Howell and Hunter Henritze brokered for the landlord, Equity Office.
