Here's something most people don't know: “Atlanta has a lot of restaurant management talent,” says Cresa's David Rubenstein, who helped RMH Franchise Holdings lease 14,400 SF at One Concourse Parkway in a HQ move from Nebraska. Think about it. We have Church's Chicken, Popeye's, Moe's and Arby's, plus the quintessential Chick-Fil-A. “Atlanta's become somewhat of a hub for restaurant management expertise.” David also hints that the initial space may not be enough. “They are looking to acquire other Applebee's and other non-competitive brands. In the next six to 24 months, they could suddenly need a lot more space.” (If nothing else, certainly along the waistline.)
