THE RUBLOFF CONNECTION

Apparently, it helps to be an alumni of Rubloff Inc to become an Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtor president. Well, not really. But it is interesting to see how many past presidents (and one current) came from the Chicago-based real estate firm, which operated an office in Atlanta during the '70s, '80s and mid-'90s. In fact, more commercial board presidents had Rubloff backgrounds than any other real estate firm in town. The firm may be gone from the metro area, but its impact remains, seen here in a pic with Grubb & Ellis' Brett ?Mr. Schmooze? Hunsaker; CBRE's Ed Milton; Joel & Granot Real Estate's George Edwards and (current ACBRE's president) Alan Joel, Hank Sturgess (retired), and Richard Bowers & Co's  Bill Johnston.
