North Bay Distribution has inked a 120,600 SF lease at Liberty Distribution Center in Henry County. The 3PL will use the facility to distribute clothing for a fashion retailer. Marcus & Millichap's Peter Vetter and Andrew Mays helped sell a cluster of Buckhead apartment complexes in Atlanta, including Cross Keys Cabana (above), Hallmark, Continental Village, Parkview Terrace and Majestic Village apartments.
