Lincoln will manage all 3.3M SF, while leasing 1.9M SF of space, including Northwinds. JLL will lease the 1.4M SF of former Duke space mainly centered in Gwinnett County. Duke is selling 10M SF of suburban office buildings in Atlanta, Chicago, and Dallas for $1B. The sale is expected to close Friday. | ||
