Atlanta Financial Center is getting a piece of The Rock. Prudential just leased nearly 15k SF in the Buckhead office complex's East Tower at 3343 Peachtree. Prudential will move from One Alliance Center on Lenox Road in July. Joel & Granot Commercial Real Estate's Alan Joel, who repped Prudential with colleagues Dave Smith  and  Holley Mitchell, says having the City Club of Buckhead as a nice built-in amenity played a key role in the selection. Hines'Scott Martin repped the landlord.
