Greg Frankum tells us his CBRE landlord leasing team has three big announcements: 100k SF available at both Windward Fairways in Alpharetta and Embassy Row in Sandy Springs, and a new team member. First: ?a great opportunity? at Windward Fairways; the office space became available when undergarment maker Vanity Fair Mills moved to Kentucky. Tenants would get two concession pools— one from Vanity Fair and one from the landlord — and enjoy below-market pricing. Second: ?great access overlooking GA 400? at Embassy Row, which is aggressively making deals.
