| We caught Ryan Goldstein sitting pretty in his new office along Ashford-Dunwoody Road. The former VP at Ackerman & Co. just opened his own commercial real estate firm last week, RG Real Estate. "There's so many great opportunities in the real estate market," Ryan says. A full-service firm, RG will handle tenant/buyer and landlord/seller rep, investment sales, acquisitions for office property investors, and third-party management work for smaller owners, Ryan says. Most recently, Ryan brokered the sale of a 14K SF Regions Bank building in Smyrna to a private investor for $1M. |
