We learned that law firm Schiff Hardin has renewed and expanded to 35K SF at One Atlantic Center. Sources tell us the firm inked the deal for 12 years. Colliers International's Pete SheltonBob Ward, and  Jeff Kelley brokered the deal for the tenant (they declined to comment, which we'll chalk up to last-minute holiday shopping).John Heagy  and  Mark Ferris  with Hines repped the landlord. We also learned that Pete, Bob, and Jeff secured two other deals in recent weeks, including Compliance 360's 16.5K SF lease at Parkside Terrace West and Staples 17K SF lease at Embassy Row.
