Local diners are hungrily anticipating early 2027, when Culver Commons is projected to open for business in a highly trafficked location in Culver City, California.

Confirmed tenants at the 13K SF development include Vox Kitchen, Wanderlust Creamery, Smog City Brewery, Rol Hand Roll and El Moro. The 1.6-acre site will include extensive outdoor dining areas and a parking garage.

“The walkable neighborhood center will feature food and beverages, plus a publicly owned parking structure, designed to support surrounding businesses beyond the property's footprint, and a lot of dining and seating areas,” said Ray Kayacan, vice president of investments at Regency Centers.

Regency is building the ground-up development through a public-private partnership with Culver City.

“Culver City has long been one of Los Angeles' most storied and trafficked submarkets — a neighborhood where creative industry, residential density and street-level culture converge,” Kayacan said. “Culver Commons is a carefully curated retail and dining destination positioned in the heart of a market where new supply is exceptionally rare and demand from both residents and the daytime workforce is constant.”

About The Property

Culver Commons is at the intersection of Washington Boulevard and Centinela Avenue. It consists of two large lots separated by Centinela Avenue. Site A includes 10K SF of restaurant spaces, all of which are spoken for. Site B, consisting of an additional 3,700 SF of building space, has space available for two retail tenants.

A parking garage and nearby northeast corner lot parking will provide space for 143 vehicles.

About The Community

The immediate area around Culver Commons has a daytime population of nearly 325,000 people, including 118,000 residents.

Centinela Avenue serves as a primary thoroughfare connecting West Los Angeles communities from Santa Monica to Playa Vista, known as Silicon Beach. It carries heavy traffic during the morning and evening commutes.

The average home value within a 3-mile radius is $1.5M, and the average household income is $181K.

The area is already known for its dining options, with more than 30 eateries within driving distance of Culver Commons. An estimated 50,000 cars use the Washington-Centinela intersection daily.

Property Highlights

“Every decision, from site selection to tenant mix, reflects the character of the neighborhood it serves,” Kayacan said. “The project’s vision centers on food and beverage concepts and strategic placemaking, positioning Culver Commons as a neighborhood gathering place designed to meet current community needs.”
