CBRE's Matthew Henrichs and Brad Lyons have helped sell Pueblo West Marketplace, a 30k SF shopping center anchored by Dollar Tree, to Denver-based Riverbend Developers. Price tag: $2.7M. The property is 85% leased and is just off North Purcell Blvd in Pueblo West. Matthew says investors are scouring further outside of Denver metro for retail buys, especially with a value-add component. (And have you ever seen a Dollar Tree that didn't have value?)
