Pinnacle Tower Getting $9M Upgrade

The former Oxy tower—the one Encore Enterprises and New York Life purchased in January—is getting a face-lift worth about $9M. Leasing partner Stream brought on Entos Design to execute the capital enhancements on the newly rebranded Pinnacle Tower. They commenced this week.

Stream managing director JJ Leonard reiterated his confidence in the lower tollway submarket (Pinnacle Tower sits at Dallas North Tollway and I-635) at Bisnow's Dallas State of Office event last week.

Exterior upgrades include new building lighting and an outdoor patio with access from a restaurant and tenant lounge. Inside, a renovated lobby, a coffee shop (brewing Starbucks joe), a tenant lounge with bar and wine lockers, a fitness center and a conference center will be available to all tenants.
