Watching them apply work ethic and advance relationships in our industry thrills me. I'm a lucky man to share in their personal and professional lives.”

When Karly (above with her dad and mom, Karyn, in the mid-1980s) first started in commercial real estate, her dad was a great sounding board and teacher. “He knows everything there is to know about design and construction, and gave me a great education! Now that I’ve been around for a few years, it is fun to talk business with him. I count on him for the best advice,” Karly tells us. Walter and Karly plan to spend Father’s Day at Walter’s gun club skeet shooting.
