Crown Realty Acquires 2233 Argentia Road In Meadowvale

Crown Realty Partners has purchased 2233 Argentia Road, a four-storey, 146k SF office in Meadowvale Business Park, from LaSalle Investment Management for $30.75M. The LEED Gold property—tenants include Brinks, Expedia and Regus—was BOMA Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) and National Outstanding Building of the Year at BOMEX in 2015. Crown, manager of the property since 2011, will add value by reno'ing the lobby to provide collaborative work zones. The firm recently sold 220-262 Britannia Road E (Britannia Common) and 391-415 Matheson Blvd E (Matheson Woods), a total of 13 single-tenant buildings.
