Brickman Buys Pioneer Square Buildings for $22M

NY-based Brickman acquired the Olympic Block in Pioneer Square for more than $22M from Lincoln Property Co.

The 70k SF block is actually two buildings, one dating from the early 20th century, the other from the 1980s. This is the investor's latest in a number of forays in the market, reports the Puget Sound Business Journal.

In 2007, it bought 111 S Jackson for more than $22M, upgraded it for $6M, and then sold it this year for $34M; and over the last year, Brickman sold Civica Office Commons in Downtown Bellevue and bought the Pacific Building in Downtown Seattle. [PSBJ]
