Union Square One Of Nation's Most Expensive Retail Spaces

Union Square is the fifth most expensive place to rent retail space in the country. In a ranking done by the Llenrock Group, the marquee shopping district in San Francisco commanded asking rents of up to $650/SF. Leading the ranking was New York’s Upper Fifth Avenue, which cost $3,500/SF.

Rounding out the top five were NYC's Madison Avenue in second with $1,500/SF; Beverly Hills' Rodeo Drive at $800/SF; and Broadway and Prince streets in New York City's Soho at $795/SF. [Llenrock]
