Luxury Cinema Premiering At City Center Bishop Ranch

The Interior Of A The Lot Movie Theater

A 10-screen movie theater will roll out the red carpet at City Center Bishop Ranch in San Ramon. Luxury cinema THE LOT signed a lease to open THE LOT City Center, creating an anchor at City Center Bishop Ranch expected to open fall 2018.

Patrons will be able to reserve online one of 800 automated luxury leather recliners, such as above, and order snacks via in-seat food call buttons.

THE LOT will include a restaurant, café and bar, above. The restaurant will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner created by executive chef Matt Sramek.

The architecture and design will use natural textures and incorporate an open lobby design connected to a patio, similar to above. THE LOT has two locations in San Diego.

In addition to THE LOT, City Center will provide 300k SF of restaurants and retail around a one-acre piazza. The project is designed by Renzo Piano Building Workshop.

City Center Bishop Ranch is part of Sunset Development’s 585-acre mixed-use Bishop Ranch project, which includes 10M SF of office space.
