Upon Opening, Trumark Urban Reports Strong Sales For Dogpatch Condos

Trumark Urban’s condo community in San Francisco’s Dogpatch is more than 40% sold. The developer celebrated the Knox’s grand opening in late April, and new homeowners have started moving in. Knox at 1300 22nd St. is the only for-sale condo community to be recently completed. Another for-sale community in the neighborhood from DM Development is in the works.

“One of the fastest-growing areas in the city, Dogpatch is in the process of returning to its former glory as an epicenter of industry and art, and we are excited to join this dynamic area at such an exhilarating time,” Trumark Urban managing director Arden Hearing said.

Knox is Trumark Urban’s third San Francisco project to open in less than a year, including The Pacific. Knox offers 70 one-, two- and three-bedroom units starting in the $750Ks. Homes include Bosch appliances, hardwood flooring and Nest thermostats. Polaris Pacific is marketing the homes.

Amenities include a spacious central courtyard, fitness center and community lounge with shuffle board, lounge seating and kitchenette. The Knox was designed by BDE Architecture with landscaping by Miller Co. Locally commissioned art was curated by Joel Pratt with Buka Design.

The community is near the 22nd Street Caltrain station and several Muni lines.
