The project features sidewalk lighting, locally commissioned public art by Buka Design owner Joel Pratt and landscaping. Amenities include a fitness center, a media room, a green roof, a butterfly habitat, and a central patio with barbecues, fire pits, an outdoor movie screen and a water feature. In addition to on-site and car-sharing parking, there will be bike storage and a bike repair shop.
The development is near the 22nd Street Caltrain station and Muni and is close to shops, galleries and restaurants as well as creative businesses in rehabbed warehouses.
