Whole Foods Market’s second lower-cost 365 concept store in the nation opened in Lake Oswego last week. (The first was in LA's Silver Lake neighborhood.) The store’s many customers on opening day told The Oregonian they found lower prices than the full-line Whole Foods and were surprised by gourmet grab-n-go options.
365 by Whole Foods Market houses two restaurants: a juice bar named Canteen and a vegan restaurant called Next Level Burger. Grab-n-go options include pizza, salads, chicken bulgogi and vegetable samosas. [TO]
