Demand Back for Midtown Space
The recently formed Arizona Dept of Child Safety inked a 112k SF lease at the 445k SF Phoenix Corporate Tower (3003 N Central Ave). It's a mark that the Midtown office market's enjoying a bounce-back in tenant demand, CBRE's Dave Carder tells us. Tenants want its central location, but also light rail access and walkability and the growing presence of residential properties in the area. The building, dating from 1965, recently underwent another round of renovations. Dave and colleagues Luke Walker and Eric Schultz repped the landlord; JLL repped the tenant.
