MakeOffices To Offer A Free Month To New Members If Eagles Win Super Bowl

Philadelphia has Eagles Fever, and one co-working provider is hoping to catch some of it.

MakeOffices operates two locations in Philly, including the single largest co-working space in the city, and it is offering a free month of membership to new sign-ups if the Eagles win the Super Bowl on Sunday.

There is a catch — you must have a flyer from MakeOffices employees who will be out on Philly's Broad and South streets on Sunday from noon to 4:30 p.m. You have to find a member of their Street Team (who will be posting their locations on social media), grab a flyer, take a photo of it and post it to social media with the hashtag #MakeOfficesSuperBowl. Then if you show the flyer when on a tour of a MakeOffices location in Philly, your first month of membership is free.

MakeOffices' two locations are a 24K SF space at 2001 Market St. and a 57K SF space at 1635 Market St. The latter contains 488 seats, 156 offices, eight conference rooms, three wellness rooms, two relaxation rooms and a recording studio and device lab across floors 13 through 16 of the building.

As Philadelphia gets more competitive for co-working operators, with New York-based WeWork and Philly-based Benjamin's Desk/1776 far outpacing the D.C.-based MakeOffices in terms of locations, using the frenzy of Eagles fandom to drive membership is one way to stand out.
