Kevin says its 760k SF Cornerstone I will meet that demand for creative office space by being a place "rich in experiential amenities." Lincoln and the City of Tustin inked a negotiation agreement recently for the Dallas-based developer to pursue development of the office property at the southwest edge of Tustin Legacy, the city's 1,600-acre redevelopment of Marine Corps Air Station Tustin.

In addition to the open plan creative office space, the Lincoln proposal includes almost 100k SF of support uses, such as a food hall, supporting retail, outdoor meeting and gathering spaces, and parking. The development would also be adjacent to Legacy Park, which will run through a part of Tustin Legacy. All together, Kevin says, it will offer an environment attractive to companies seeking to find and retain talent in Orange County.
