A two-story, creative office building, 26840 Aliso Viejo Pkwy., just sold to Seabreeze Management Co. for $11.76M, or $347/SF.
The 33,915 SF building is in Town Center Corporate Park in Aliso Viejo and is 30% occupied. The 17-year-old building has two tenants.
Seabreeze Management Co. will take up the remaining 23,916 SF.
The building has undergone $1M in exterior and interior renovations, which made it more attractive to the buyer.
Kelemen Caamaño Investments first bought the property two years ago as a value-add property.
